The property does not accept cash deposit or gift cards. The property does allow pets in some of the guest rooms with advance notice. Extra deposit is required for the pet and there is also a pet cleaning fee of $35 per night per pet. A maximum of two pets per room are allowed. El Patio Inn does not have 24 hrs. front desk. Here is El Patio inn's Check-in instructions for when El Patio Inn's front desk is closed: In order to check in / register for your room, please first go to Night Inn located at 10612 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604 (less than 1.1 mi from El Patio Inn). Once you complete room registration, you will be issued a keycard and you may proceed to El Patio Inn for your room. All hotel collect reservations must check in by 10 pm the latest. Late check in may be arranged by either making a prepaid Booking.com reservation or by contacting the hotel front desk at least 3 days prior to arrival date for instructions on how to transfer funds to Hotel's Corp Bank Account.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150.0 is required at checkin.
